A DELEGATION OF THE STATE AGENCY FOR ANTIMONOPOLY REGULATION UNDER THE GOVERNMENT THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC VISITED FAS CENTRE FOR EDUCATION AND METHODICS
A delegation of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation at the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, led by Stats-Secretary Aibek Mamyraliev, visited FAS Centre for Education and Methodics.
During the meeting, Director of FAS Centre for Education and Methodics, Lenar Shafigullin, outlined the work of the Centre as the base organization for training and retraining staff in the field of competition policy. The Centre was assigned the status of the base organization in November 2013. Since that moment, 152 officers of the competition authorities of the CIS member states have participated in the events organized by FAS Centre for Education and Methodics. Antimonopoly officers from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kirgizia are among the leaders, taking part in educational programmes, trainings and workshops, and research-to-practice conferences.
The parties discussed priorities in education and advancing qualification of the staff of the State Agency under the frame of the Memorandum of Cooperation between FAS Centre for Education and Methodics and the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation under the Government the Kyrgyz Republic, signed in summer 2017.
The delegation also visited “Khimgrad” technopolis in Kazan, where they became familiar with the work of some residents.
