ALEXANDER POROSHIN ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AT FAS DEPARTMENT FOR CONTROL OVER FOREIGN INVESTMENTS

To commemorate the 10^th anniversary of No.57-FZ Federal Law “On the procedure for Foreign Investments in Economic Entities of Strategic Importance for National Defence and State Security” and the 10^th anniversary of FAS Department for Control over Foreign Investments, Deputy Head of the Department Alexander Poroshin recorded a video where he discusses his experience in the work of the Department and the functions of his unit.

He said: “FAS Department for Control over Foreign Investments has a broad specialization in its work, not focusing on a particular sector. The Law “On the procedure for Foreign Investments…” applies to 47 types of strategic activity covering nearly the entire spectrum of our everyday performance”.
