FAS TERMINATED A CASE AGAINST “AVTOVAZ” PJSC

FAS Commission terminated the antimonopoly proceedings against “AVTOVAZ” PJSC opened upon signs of violating Part 5 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.
An analysis of the costs of vehicle maintenance services showed that most dealers provided these services at the prices different from the prices controlled by “AVTOVAZ” PJSC.
In view of the revealed circumstances, FAS Commission decided to terminate the antimonopoly case against “AVTOVAZ” PJSC guided by Clause 1 Part 1 Article 48 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” due to absence of violating the antimonopoly law in the actions considered by FAS Commission.
