CITIZENS WILL BE ABLE TO FILE PROCUREMENT-RELATED COMPLAINTS THROUGH UNIFIED INFORMATION SYSTEM

05-07-2021 | 11:13

New features of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement will be available from July 5 to any participant of electronic procurement registered in the Unified Register of participants in the procurement process

The advantages for the participants of the procurement process will be the autofill form of data necessary for filing a complaint and the automatic data verification system. All these will significantly reduce the percentage of complaints returns due to their incorrect preparation.

In addition, both the participants of the procurement process and the customers will receive real-time information at all stages of the complaint review in their personal accounts.

The FAS Russia, together with the Federal Treasury, held a meeting through video conferencing with the participation of the territorial bodies of the antimonopoly service. The technical features of the electronic filing of a complaint, as well as specific actions of the FAS employees in consideration of complaints were discussed at a meeting.

It is expected that from January 1, 2022, all the electronic procurement-related complaints will be submitted through the Unified Information System. Until then, participants of the procurement process can still file a complaint with the FAS Russia in writing.
