Sergey Puzyrevsky was born in 1976.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University with the degree in "Legal Studies". In 2001, got a Candidate of Sciences in Legal Studies.
Since February 1998, has been working in the antimonopoly bodies.
Since 2004, he has held the positions of Deputy Head, Head of the Department for Control and Supervision over Compliance with Advertising Law, Head of the Department for Control of Advertising and Unfair Competition.
Since 2008, he has held the position of Head of the Legal Department of the FAS Russia.
Sergey Puzyrevskiy takes an active part in the implementation of antimonopoly policy in the process of suppressing violations of antimonopoly legislation. He is the author of over 40 works on the issues of conducting antimonopoly authorities.
On October 2, 2015 he was appointed Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.
On June 10, 2021 he was appointed Stats Secretary - Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.
