FAS Russia has a rich and diverse bilateral agreements portfolio. Over the period of existence of the authority, a number of intergovernmental (with China, Bulgaria, Poland, Brazil) and interministerial agreements on cooperation in the field of antimonopoly policy (memoranda, joint statements, etc.) (with Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, France, South Korea, Venezuela, Mexico, the CIS member states, etc.) have been signed and put into effect. These documents provide strategic directions and forms of FAS Russia cooperation with relevant foreign law enforcement services, with a view to shaping common positions in key areas of economic development, sharing experience in law making and practice, providing methodological assistance in examinations and consultations, organizing training activities and seminars.

One of the most significant directions of FAS Russia bilateral cooperation is defining specific mechanisms that will enable parties to interact efficiently and effectively when dealing with specific situations of law violations that affect the interests of parties.
