The “forth antimonopoly package” is discussed at Russia – Finland Chamber of Commerce

The “forth antimonopoly package”and prohibition of unfair competitionwas discussed at a meeting atthe Moscow Office of Russia – Finland Chamber of Commerce.

Representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) – the Head of FAS Department for Advertising and Unfair Competition, Nikolai Kartashov, and Deputy Head of FAS Legal Department, Vadim Kuz’min, discussed with foreign businessmen the novelties to the antimonopoly law that came into effect on 5 January 2016. Such novelties relate to enforcement of the control procedure over large economic entities and application of prohibitions of unfair competition.

“Such events allow foreign business to operate with more transparency in the Russian Federation, understand and observe the antimonopoly law”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS Legal Department, Vadim Kuz’min.
