A petition with 11 violations

The antimonopoly authority simultaneously opened 11 administrative cases against “RK Aktiv” Ltd. for breaching the antimonopoly procedure for filing petitions.

“RK Aktiv” Holding filed a petition to FAS to acquire shares (stocks) of 35 economic entities members of the “SU-133” group of persons.  An inspection revealed that at the time of filing the petition, the holding already acquired shares of the authorized capitals of 11 companies – members of “SU-133” Group operating on the developer market. The shares were acquired without a prior approval by FAS, which is a violation of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

Should the guilt of the executives of “RK Aktiv” Ltd., the company may be requested to pay up to 20,000 RUB for each violation.
