13-12-2016 | 10:06

The reduction is 2.7%

On 8 December 2016, FAS Board made a decision to approve the tariff for the services of “Trading System Administrator” JSC (“ATS” JSC).

The FAS collegial body reduced the tariff as a result of decreased gross revenues put for 2017.

Now the prices for the services of the commercial operator are1.077 RUB/MWt.

“The tariff for the services of “ATS” JSC is an insignificant part of the end electric power price. Nevertheless FAS believes that a detailed analysis of whether expected costs factored in tariff-setting are economically justified should be performed for every organization. This principle is aimed at restraining the growth of electric power prices below the inflation”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS Vitaly Korolev.

Reference:

“ATS” JSC is involved in organizing trading on the wholesale market of electric power and capacity. It concludes and organizes transactions for circulating electric power energy, capacity and other objects of trade, circulation of which is allowed on the wholesale market.
