Andrey Tsarikovskiy was on a working visit to Kazan

Deputy Head of the antimonopoly authority had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnekhanov

Deputy Heads of FAS Vitaly Korolev and Alexei Dotsenko, Head of FAS Office in the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexander Grunichev, and other persons took part in the meeting.

The parties discussed establishing Working Groups in the Republic, particularly, on tariff regulation.

Stats-Secretary, Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Tsarikovskiy pointed out: “The main objective of the Working Group on tariff regulation is to improve the tariff regulation framework and factoring in the regional specifics drafting the relevant legal acts. The Working Group will discuss the issues of tariff regulation in the region including tariffs in socially important sectors of the economy such as the housing & utilities and the electric power industry”.

Finally, Andrey Tsarikovskiy answered questions from journalists.
