The case against “AMI-Network” Ltd. was initiated for failure to submit documents upon a FAS request
The company did not provide full information requested from February 2017 by FAS to complete investigation of the antimonopoly case.
Under the Code on Administrative Violations, “AMI-Network” Ltd. can be fined up to 500,000 RUB.
Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department, Andrey Tenishev pointed out: “Wehope that the fine for failure to submit the information required for the antimonopoly investigation will stimulate the company to file the necessary data to the antimonopoly body and prevent further violations of the law”.
