FAS shall consider a case against “MTS”

FAS has taken jurisdiction over a case opened by Nizhniy Novgorod OFAS against “MTS” PJSC upon signs of violating Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.
The case was opened upon a statement from an individual on the operator unilaterally changing tariff plans.
“MTS” PJSC unilaterally transferred subscribers from the “Red Energy 2011” tariff plan to the “Base 092013” tariff plan without notifying subscribers and obtaining their consent.
The case is scheduled on 12 July 2017.
