“Gazprom Gazenergoset” received a FAS warning

21-07-2017 | 10:38

FAS issued a warning to “Gazprom Gazenergoset” that economically unreasonable refusals or avoiding contrasts for supplying diesel fuel and motor petrol are unacceptable.

Company’s actions have signs of breaching Clause 5 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”. The warning to “Gazprom Gazenergoset” JSC requires eliminating the consequences of such violations: consider an offer of “BashTrade” Ltd. and by 24 July 2017 send a draft contract for supplies of diesel fuel and motor petrol with substantial contract terms and conditions or an economically or technologically justified refusal to conclude a supply contract.
