“Yakutia” Coal Company executed FAS warning

“Yakutcoal” Holding Company” JSC reported on executing a warning  issued by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and eliminated signs of violating Clauses 3 and 8 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The company created discriminatory conditions and imposed disadvantageous contract conditions for supplying coal energy industrial product, K grade, 0-30 class for “ZhDK-Energoresurs” Ltd. for the needs of the housing-and-utility sector in Tynda.

To execute FAS warning “Yakutcoal” Holding Company” JSC entered into a supply contract with under non-discriminatory conditions in comparison with other counteragents before the heating season, which is socially important for the needs of the housing-and-utility sector in Tynda.
