FAS now offers an alternative option for prompt feedback: you can the petition status sending a Telegram message.

Telegram messenger can be installed on a mobile application as well as a user’s PC. The applications works with Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows и OS X, and can be used via a web-browser without installing an additional application on a phone or a computer, which opens  wide opportunities for the population. It is now possible to be informed on-line about a registration number of a petition filed to FAS Central Office, without calling to FAS and waiting for a response from a call-centre operator or an officer from FAS Community Liaison Office.
