ANTIMONOPLY COMPLIANCE IS EFFICIENTLY INTRODUCED IN KHANTY-MANSIISKY AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT

Deputy Head of FAS Legal Department Oksana Kuznetsova informed at a workshop for representatives of executive and local self-government bodies of the Khanty-Mansiisky Autonomous District – Yugra on 25 July 2019

The workshop discussed organization of in-house system of complying with the antimonopoly standards by the authorities.

Oksana Kuznetsovalooked into detail at the goals and objectives of antimonopoly compliance, methods of exposing and evaluating the risks of violating the antimonopoly law, and measures to reduce them.

At the final part of the workshop, its participants considered all their concerns and questions. Most of them were related to devising the “Risk Map” for violations of the antimonopoly law and organizing antimonopoly compliance at local self-government bodies.

“The Government of the Khanty-Mansiisky Autonomous District – Yugra has created all conditions for efficient implementation of antimonopoly compliance by the authorities, local self-government bodies are also involved in this work.  I am confident that competent organization of the system will facilitate successful achievement of the key targets of the National Competition Development Plan  by the region – decreasing violations by the authorities at least twofold”, concluded Oksana Kuznetsova.
