BUSINESS INCUBATORS WILL BE OPENING IN NORTH OSSETIA-ALANIA TO SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURIAL INITIATIVES

A relevant provision is included in the updated Road Map for developing competition in the region.

 

Head of North Ossetia – Alania Republic, Vyacheslav Bitarov, approved an updated Road Map for developing competition in the region under the frame of the National Plan. The document is compiled in view of the new Standard version*, and proposals put forward by the Republican ministries and agencies.

 

The Road Map covers 33 sectors of the economy. Several measures are devised to develop competitive environment on these markets, including: creating conditions to support small and medium business, equal access of small and medium companies to public procurement, reducing administrative barriers, eliminating excessive public and municipal regulation. Also, the Road Map provides for developing socially-oriented NGOs, public-private partnership and municipal-public partnership.

 

Business incubators will be opening in North Ossetia – Alania to support entrepreneurial initiatives. Office premises will be given to businessmen on a competitive basis. Under the frame of the National Competition Development Plan in the region, support will be provided to socially-oriented NGOs in pre-school and general education, children’s leisure and additional education.

 

Head of FAS Legal Department Andrey Molchanov said: “To draft Road Maps, the Methodological Guidelines were devised to assist regions. They include a tentative list of measures that can be used and expanded by regions at their disposal, drafting Road Maps”.
