To stop violating the antimonopoly law in the field of organizing regular passenger transportation by Tver public transport

Changing a work model of public transport, there should be no monopolization of the transportation market and restriction of competition, particularly, with regard to small and medium business. The efforts of the authorities must be adjusted in line with the National Competition Development Plan.
