The data set contains information about utility services payments in Dagestan and the Orenburg region
The results of monitoring are data on ceiling (maximum) indices of changed in payments for utility services made by individuals. Various useful applications or web-services can be created on the basis of these data.
Open data set is alphameric information translated into a universal language accessible for computer processing.
