CORNING HAS VIOLATED THE ANTIMONOPOLY LEGISLATION
The FAS Russia has issued a ruling to terminate anticompetitive agreements
On September 10, 2019 the FAS Russia filed a case against Corning Inc, Corning CIS LLC and four Russian optical cable factories on the grounds of violation of the Part 4 of the Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Competition.
