REVIEW OF THE DECISIONS OF THE DEPARTMENTAL APPEAL FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2020

The document contributes to the uniformity of the antimonopoly practice by antimonopoly authorities

Each of the decisions presented in the review is accompanied by an abstract, a summary of the case, the history of the proceedings, the results of the consideration of the complaint by the collegial body of the FAS Russia and an expert opinion.

The given examples can be used by territorial authorities as benchmarks in considering cases of violation of antimonopoly law and timely suppression of its violations.

In particular, the review highlights the major positions on the following issues:

- antimonopoly requirements for bidding, request for quotations of prices for goods, request for proposals;

- prohibition of agreements of economic entities restricting competition;

- prohibition of abuse of a dominant position;

- prohibition of acts and actions (omissions) of the authorities that restrict competition.
