FAS INITIATED TWO CASES IN THE FIELD OF IT TECHNOLOGIES
The FAS Russia suspects a number of companies providing technical support and IT security services of concluding cartel agreement
The FAS Russia has initiated cases on violation of antimonopoly legislation in relation to ESLab LLC, Normos XXI LLC, STC Electron-Service LLC, Krastol LLC as well as to Legion Pro LLC, Alfakom LLC, Main Information Security Center LLC, KSK Technologies LLC, Inter-Technologies LLC and Anser Pro LLC.
The information received from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation served as the basis for initiating the cases. During the inspection, the FAS Russia revealed signs of the conclusion and implementation of anti-competitive agreements in the actions of these organizations. According to the FAS Russia, the companies maintained prices at auctions in the markets for the supply of computer electronics and the provision of consulting services, technical support and security in the field of information technology. The total sum of contracts amounted to more than 1 billion rubles.
If found guilty, the companies face turnover fines in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
