COURT UPHELD DECISION OF THE FAS ON THE ROAD CARTEL IN LIPETSK REGION
Part of funds for the repair was allocated within the framework of the national project “Safe and high-quality highways”
The Arbitration Court of Moscow recognized the decision of the FAS against the Administration of Roads and Transport of the Lipetsk region, regional state institution Lipetsk Avtodor OKU and TC Ruslan-1 LLC as legitimate.
It should be reminded that in 2021 the FAS recognized the authority, the state institution and the organization as violating the antimonopoly legislation*. The companies entered into an anti-competitive agreement within the framework of an electronic auction for the repair of public roads in the districts of the Lipetsk region. The initial price of the contract was 305 million rubles.
The organizers of the auction deliberately rejected the applications of fair participants, whereby the Ruslan-1 Transport Company won the electronic auction.
It should be noted that part of the funds for the repair work was allocated within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways".
The offenders will be held administrative liable in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
