FAS: Detsky Mir fixed prices for clothes and shoes

Earlier, in connection with the received appeals of citizens, FAS sent a request to the PAO Detsky Mir group of companies with a request to provide the data necessary for analyzing the validity of price increases.

In response to the request of FAS, the company reported that the price increase of a number of children's goods was due to the increase in monetary obligations and expenses of the retailer, the cancellation of all promotions of goods and the emergence of high demand for products.

According to the results of a number of meetings, Detsky Mir informed FAS that it fixed the prices for certain items in the categories "clothing" and "footwear" at the level of prices in January 2022 for the period of three months.

Earlier, the retailer decided to voluntarily limit margins on some groups of goods to support the population. In the categories of "baby food", "feeding and care", "diapers and hygiene", positions have been identified for which margins have been reduced by an average of 16%.

The company made a commitment to ensure the availability of these commodities on store shelves
