FAS ISSUED A WARNING TO TGC-1

FAS revealed that Territorial Generating Company No. 1 PJSC included in the standard forms of contracts conditions that did not comply with the Rules of technological connection to heat supply systems.
It concerned the procedure for verifying the connection, determining and making a fee for technical connection by the applicant and liability for non-fulfillment of obligations.
The actions of the organization could lead to infringement of the interests of consumers and companies in the field of housing and communal services.
TGC-1 must comply with the FAS warning within 30 days and eliminate signs of violation of the Law on Protection of Competition.
