In 2019, FAS found that Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC violated the Law on Protection of Competition.
The company imposed unfavorable conditions, set different prices for the same product and created discriminatory conditions when concluding contracts for the supply of synthetic rubbers.
The courts also considered the case of the antimonopoly authority against the company and confirmed the legality.
On April 6, 2022, Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC reported on the payment of 1.29 billion rubles to the budget of the Russian Federation.
