As Maxim Shaskolskiy noted, FAS cooperates with representatives of the business community and takes an active part in the development of measures to support economic sectors.

The Head of the Authority emphasized that the Government takes systematic and operational measures to support business, aimed, among other things, at preserving workplaces, simplifying the requirements of regulatory authorities, subsidizing credit rates for businesses and a number of other measures.

The Government of the Russian Federation supported the approaches proposed by the Authority in terms of tariff regulation of the electric grid complex and housing and communal services, which will ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure life support facilities, as well as to restrain the pace of tariff changes. In addition, FAS has shortened the terms of consideration the documents on transactions of economic concentration. The Authority also submitted a proposal to the Government of the Russian Federation to extend the notification procedure to transactions up to 2 billion rubles (at the moment, this procedure is established for transactions up to 800 million rubles).

In conclusion, Maxim Shaskolskiy spoke about the development of regulatory legal acts and recommendations by the Authority, which are aimed at priority saturation of the domestic market and ensuring responsible pricing.
