FAS OFFERS TO SELL AT LEAST 10% FOR CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PETROCHEMICAL PRODUCTS ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE
The National Competition Development Plan provides for the sale of paraffins, orthoxylene, toluene on the stock exchange for at least 10% of sales volumes in the territory of the Russian Federation for each manufacturer occupying a dominant position.
Furthermore, the document provides for the expansion of the product range of the chemical and petrochemical industry for its implementation in the framework of exchange trading.
FAS has developed a draft order, where it proposes to expand the list of categories of goods **. It is necessary to establish a sales standard of at least 10% for this list in advance.
By the next meeting of the Exchange Committee, which will be held on April 21, 2022, companies can send their positions to discuss standards and regularity of sales.
According to the Authority, the development of exchange trading will create an economically sound indicator of the cost of products and provide an additional sales channel for entrepreneurs, including small and medium-sized businesses.
