FAS LAUNCHES ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM OF THE ACADEMY #LEADERSOFFAS2022

 Registration for the #LeadersofFAS2022 contest opens on May 20. Employees of the central office and regional bodies of FAS, as well as employees of other federal executive authorities and state extra-budgetary funds of the senior and leading groups of positions can take part in the project.

This year, the project includes five independent educational and contest programs, depending on the position and place of work of each participant.

The project is based on a series of specially designed lectures, business games and master classes on antimonopoly regulation, as well as aimed at developing personal effectiveness, managerial and communication skills.

Participation in the #LeadersofFAS project will allow participants to increase the level of their professional competencies, which will contribute to their promotion in the future.

The #LeaderofFAS project was recognized as the best HR practice following the results of the All-Russian contest of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation “Best HR practices and initiatives in the system of State and Municipal Administration” in 2019.

A number of semifinalists and finalists of the 2019 and 2020 projects were promoted and headed regional offices of FAS.

In 2019-2021, 959 people took part in the project, 45 of them were promoted, 8 were appointed as the Heads of regional offices, 3 became the Heads of Departments of the central office of FAS.
