Beeline has also joined the service. The corresponding form appeared on FAS website

It should be reminded that on June 1, FAS and the largest Russian mobile operators – MTS, Tele2 and Megafon launched a service of citizens' appeals to promptly block unnecessary advertising that comes to subscribers without their consent.

Using a special form on the operators’ website, the subscriber can leave a complaint about the received voice or SMS advertising and promptly receive a response from his operator. Unnecessary ads are expected to be blocked within 72 hours. This joint work was a continuation of the “Antispam” project, which the antimonopoly service implements with telecom operators within the framework of the memorandum.

The Agency recalls that the memorandum is open for other telecom operators across the country to join it, sharing its goals, objectives and principles.
