FAS RUSSIA HAS SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH MGIMO
The document is aimed at cooperation on improving antimonopoly and tariff legislation, as well as regulatory legal regulation of procurement
The cooperation agreement was signed by Maxim Shaskolsky, Head of FAS Russia, and Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of MGIMO.
As part of the agreement, the employees of FAS Russia will give lectures and conduct practical classes for university students. In addition, FAS Russia will provide them with the opportunity of acquiring practical experience in the authority, as well as methodological assistance in conducting research projects.
In turn, MGIMO will include courses on antimonopoly and tariff regulation in educational programs, as well as organize advanced training courses for FAS Russia employees in the necessary areas.
In addition, the parties to the agreement will conduct joint scientific research on issues related to the application of antimonopoly legislation.
The document will be valid for 3 years, but its validity period can be extended by agreement of the parties.
