The main purpose of the project activities is the reconstruction of water supply lines 37 km long and sewer collectors 8 km long. The sewage treatment facilities of the Krutushka settlement, which have the highest rate of depreciation, will also be modernized. It will allow to protect people from emergencies as much as possible and increase the capacity of water supply and sanitation facilities.

At the moment, work is underway on the reconstruction of the site* with a length of 700 meters. The work is being carried out in stages, it will be fully completed in 2024. On the  plot, worn-out drainage networks will be replaced with new pipelines.

It should be reminded that FAS Russia in 2021, at the request of the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, agreed to establish long-term indices in Kazan.

The establishment of long-term tariffs made it possible to attract 5.4 billion rubles in the housing and communal services sector in 2022 in Moscow and Tyumen regions, the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, in the next three years, due to such utility tariffs, investments in only three regions will increase by 21.5 billion rubles. The funds will be used for the modernization or construction of new water pipes or heating mains.

The changes adopted last year** in the legislation allow regions to set limit indices for several years ahead. It will attract domestic investors to modernize housing and communal services and ensure effective planning of their investment activities.

At the same time, the regional authorities are obliged to send a report on the fulfillment of their obligations to modernize the municipal infrastructure.
