FAS HAS AGREED ON A PREFERENCE FOR CONDUCTING BIOTECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Provision of the preference is aimed at supporting a socially significant project of domestic manufacturer

The Administration of the urban settlement of Ruzaevka of the Republic of Mordovia appealed to the FAS Russia with an application for consent to grant a municipal preference to Scientific and Production Association "Industrial Microbiology" LLC for the purpose of conducting scientific research. We are talking about the renting of non-residential premises located in the Republic of Mordovia.

The Authority found that the organization plans to conduct scientific research in the field of biotechnology in this building, which meets the stated purpose of the preference.

Besides, the company is implementing an innovative project on creation of enterprise producing feed additives for farm animals.

In this regard, the FAS Russia approved the preference, while pointing out a number of conditions that must be observed when using it. In particular, the intended use of the premises and the limitation of the duration of the preference for 3 years.

The FAS will control compliance with the requirements of the antimonopoly legislation when using the preference. When violations are detected, the Authority issues a remedy to take appropriate measures*.
