FAS: NUMBER OF OVERDUE CONTRACTS FOR CONNECTING CITIZENS TO GAS DECREASED FROM 97 THOUSAND TO 17691

The work of FAS headquarters, as well as headquarters in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, allowed to fasten the pace of connecting the population to gas

A decision on the remaining contracts will be made in the near future.

FAS Russia informs that for non-compliance with deadlines of connection to gas, a fine is provided for gas distribution organizations  and their officials. Earlier, FAS Russia reported that in the first half of 2022, gas distribution organizations were fined 22.3 million rubles.

FAS Russia notes that during the preparation for the heating season, the gasification process is of great social importance, as it will ensure a stable supply of gas to the population in the autumn-winter period.
