The companies agreed not to lower the price in 53 procurement procedures

FAS Russia has recognized the State Unitary Enterprise RostovAvtoDor and LLC Builder as violating antimonopoly legislation*.

The companies concluded anticompetitive agreement, the result of which was the restriction of competition in 53 procurement procedures. Auctions were held for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways in the Rostov region and the Republic of Kalmykia in 2017-2020. It should be noted that part of the funds for the work was allocated within the framework of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads".

The total value of the contracts amounted to 1,947,936,610 rubles.

Organizations face negotiable fines in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation**. In addition, the materials of the case will be transferred to law enforcement authorities to resolve the issue of a criminal case initiation.
