FAS RUSSIA REVEALED A CARTEL AT AUCTION FOR MORE THAN 2 BILLION RUBLES

Signs of violation were revealed, including during the implementation of the national projects "Healthcare" and "Education"

The FAS Russia initiated a case of violation of antimonopoly legislation* against OOO 123 Solutions, OOO Research Lab, OOO ANT, OOO RIT, OOO Modern Technologies and OOO GC Infotactica. The Authority suspects the companies of concluding and implementing a cartel in order to maintain prices at more than 100 auctions for the supply of information and communication equipment.

Purchases were made for organizations, including federal executive authorities, medical institutions and other social facilities.

According to the preliminary assessment of FAS, the sum of the initial maximum contract prices is over 2 billion rubles.

In case of establishment of guilty companies face turnover fines in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation **.
