THE FAS RUSSIA HAS OPENED A CASE IN THE MARKETS OF SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF TANK-WAGONS FOR RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION

According to the Authority, OOO "VALANCY" abused its dominant position

The FAS Russia received a statement from the railway operator, who indicated that VALANCY had increased the cost of services in preparing rolling stock for fuel transportation.

The company was unable to provide the Authority with evidence of the growth of its expenses to justify the increase in the cost of services.

The FAS Russia conducted an analysis of the markets for services for the preparation of tank-wagons* and found that the organization has a dominant position.

Based on the results of the review of the available materials, the FAS Russia decided to initiate a case against VALANCY**.

If the company is found guilty, it faces a fine in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
