COURT SUPPORTED FAS IN THE CASE ON THE ROAD CARTEL FOR 9.1 BILLION RUB

Funds for the construction and maintenance of roads were allocated within the framework of the national project "safe high-quality roads"

The Arbitration Court of Moscow recognized the decision of FAS Russia in respect of Stroydorservice LLC and Khabarovskdorsnab LLC as legitimate.

It should be reminded that in April 2022, the antimonopoly authority recognized the companies as violating the Law on Protection of Competition*. The organizations concluded an anticompetitive agreement within the framework of participation in trade procedures for the construction and maintenance of highways in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories. The amount of the concluded state contracts amounted to 9,143,151,806 rubles.

Fines amounting to more than 200 million rubles were imposed on organizations for the conclusion and implementation of a cartel conspiracy.
