FAS HAS IDENTIFIED SIGNS OF ILLEGAL COORDINATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN THE ACTIONS OF THE UNION OF ARBITRATION MANAGERS

It could lead to a restriction of competition

FAS Russia has received an application on violation of antimonopoly legislation in relation to the Union of Arbitration Managers "Creation".

FAS Russia has analyzed the documents and information received during the consideration of the application indicating illegal coordination of economic activities of arbitration managers–members of the Union in the territory of the Russian Federation. In particular, the organization affected its members for attracting organizations not accredited by the Union or specialists providing services in the field of anti-crisis (arbitration) management. Such actions could lead to the refusal to conclude contracts with these persons and limit competition.

FAS Russia initiated a case against the Union of Arbitration Managers "Creation"*. If the authority establishes violation, the Union will face a fine in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation**.
