Its provision is aimed at supporting innovative projects of domestic scientific and technical organizations

Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Kaluga Region has appealed to the FAS Russia for consent to grant state preferences to the Fund Innovative Scientific and Technological Center "Park of Atomic and Medical Technologies" for the purpose of conducting scientific research.

We are talking about the establishment of a preferential rental rate* for the use of the business incubator building.

FAS Russia has established that the organization plans to conduct research and development in the field of nuclear medicine, as well as in the field of biotechnology, natural and technical sciences in this building.

In this regard, FAS Russia approved the preference, while specifying a number of conditions that must be observed when using it. In particular, targeted use without the right to apply a preferential rental rate when transferring the rights to use the building to other persons and limiting the duration of the preference for 3 years.

FAS Russia will monitor compliance with the requirements of the antimonopoly legislation when using the preference. If violations are detected, the authority issues ruling to take appropriate measures**.

For reference:

* 10% of the annual rent

** In accordance with Article 21 of the Law on Protection of Competition
