In case of violation the Siberian Center of Anti-Crisis Management Experts will face a fine

FAS Russia has initiated a case* against the Association of Arbitration Managers "Siberian Center of Anti-Crisis Management Experts".

As part of monitoring compliance with antimonopoly legislation, the authority identified signs of illegal coordination of economic activities in the actions of the organization. Thus, the Association applied disciplinary measures against its members for attracting organizations (specialists) that were not accredited with it, providing services during bankruptcy procedures. Such actions could lead to the refusal to conclude contracts with these persons and limit competition in the market.

In case of finding fault, the Siberian Center of Anti-Crisis Management Experts faces a fine in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation**.

* On the grounds of violation of Part 5 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 135-FZ of 26.07.2006 "On Protection of Competition"

** Part 5 of Article 14.32 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation
