Resource-supplying companies will be reimbursed for the costs that were spent on the construction of engineering networks

FAS Russia has developed a draft document aimed at modernizing housing and communal services.

It provides for the formation of a mechanism to support municipal infrastructure at the expense of the National Welfare Fund and other borrowed funds (for example, Dom. RF).

A resource-supplying company can build engineering networks for technical connection to heat, water supply, and sanitation with the involvement of the NWF funds, according to a complex application of the developer.

It will allow these organizations to build networks of a larger diameter at once, taking into account the connection of all potential facilities. And a connection fee for the companies that are planning to build would be reduced.

Thus, the adoption of the draft document will accelerate the investment and construction cycle by developing urban potential, which should also help to achieve the national goal of increasing the annual volume of housing commissioning.
