28-03-2023 | 10:46

It was developed according to the instructions of FAS Russia when approving Sibur and TAIF transaction

Sibur's trade policy contains provisions that guarantee the protection of the rights of potential counterparties of the company.

For example, it is stipulated not to establish discriminatory conditions in relation to third-party companies and not to impose conditions unfavorable from an economic or technological point of view on consumers.

According to the instructions of the authority, the company is obliged to provide manufactured goods primarily to the needs of the domestic market of the country.

The trade policy also provides for ways to sell petrochemical products using exchange mechanisms or over-the-counter price indicators, as well as under long-term contracts.

Trade policy is an effective tool for protecting companies from possible risks of violations of antimonopoly legislation and promotes openness of dominant companies to counterparties.
