FAS REVEALED SIGNS OF CARTEL IN THE FIELD OF CAPITAL REPAIR OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Companies maintained prices at auctions in the Bryansk region
FAS Russia initiated a case on violation of antimonopoly legislation [1] against 40 organizations and entrepreneurs [2].
The authority suspects them of collusion at auctions held by the Fund for the Overhaul of Apartment Buildings in the Bryansk region.
According to preliminary assesment by the authority, the total amount of contracts concluded may exceed 700 million rubles.
The basis for the initiation of the case was, among other things, the materials of the criminal case received from law enforcement agencies [3].
If found guilty, organizations face a fine in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation [4].
