FAS REVEALED SIGNS OF CARTEL AT AUCTIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES

FAS Russia has initiated a case of violation of antimonopoly legislation* in relation to CHOP KONCHAK LLC and CHOP ALTAIR LLC.
Signs of a anticompetitive agreement (cartel) have been identified by the antimonopoly service using digital tools for monitoring procurement procedures.
The authority suspects the companies of concluding and implementing a cartel collusion in order to maintain prices in 23 trade procedures for the provision of security services for medical institutions and other social facilities in the territory of the city of Moscow.
According to preliminary estimates, the total amount of initial (maximum) contract prices is 2,459,349,464 rubles.
If found guilty, companies face turnover fines in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.**
