In 2021, the authority conducted a scheduled on-site inspection of the regional tariff regulation authority. FAS Russia revealed violations in setting tariffs for thermal energy supplied by TGC-2 PJSC to consumers in Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk and Primorsky Municipal District.
The Agency for Tariffs and Prices of the Arkhangelsk Region unlawfully included 266.33 million rubles in the company's required gross proceeds for 2017-2021. The regulator was ordered to exclude unreasonable expenses from the tariffs set for 2022. The ruling has been completely executed.
