FAS REVEALED 36 VIOLATIONS IN SETTING TARIFFS FOR STATE AND MUNICIPAL UNITARY ENTERPRISES IN THE HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES SECTOR IN 13 REGIONS

Tariff authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation illegally included the estimated business profit in the tariffs of unitary enterprises

The authority reminds that the legislation in the field of heat, water supply and sanitation prohibits such actions*.

After carrying out control and supervisory actions by the antimonopoly authority, 11 regions independently eliminated violations.

The regional tariff authorities of the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Smolensk Region have been issued mandatory instructions on the exclusion of estimated business profits from the tariffs of state unitary enterprises and municipal unitary enterprises.

Violations were detected in the following regions: Arkhangelsk Region, Trans-Baikal Territory, Ivanovo Region, Kaluga Region, Leningrad Region, Lipetsk Region, Moscow Region, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Rostov Region, Samara Region, Saratov Region, Smolensk Region, Chelyabinsk Region.
