REGULATOR OF VLADIMIR REGION HAS TO EXCLUDE 96 MILLION RUB OF UNJUSTIFIED FUNDS FROM ELECTRICITY TARIFFS

It should be reminded that in 2020, the authority inspected the Department of State Regulation of Prices and Tariffs of the Vladimir region for the economic validity of the established tariffs for services for the transmission of electric energy through the networks of ORES-Vladimir Region JSC.

Based on the inspection results, FAS Russia in 2021 issued remedies to eliminate the identified violations.

In this regard, the authority ordered to exclude unreasonably included costs for 2018-2020 in the amount of 96 million rubles from electricity tariffs for ORES-Vladimir Region JSC.

The tariff authority has already excluded 32 million rubles of economically unjustified costs during regulation for 2023, for 2024 it is necessary to exclude another 64 million rubles.

The execution of the remedies is under the control of the authority.
