FAS RUSSIA INITIATED A CASE ON THE GROUNDS OF ILLEGAL COORDINATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES DURING BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES
The FAS Russia has initiated a case on violation of antimonopoly legislation* in relation to the self-regulating organization Association “National Organization of Arbitration Managers”.
A self-regulating organization is suspected of establishing requirements in the standards and rules of professional activity of arbitration managers that are not provided for by the law. It could lead to the refusal of arbitration managers – members of a self-regulating organization from concluding contracts with persons not accredited by the Association “National Organization of Arbitration Managers”.
If the organization is found guilty, it faces an administrative fine**.
