THREE JUDICIAL INSTANCES AGREED WITH DECISION OF THE FAS IN THE ROAD CARTEL CASE FOR 9.1 BILLION RUBLES

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow and the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, confirming the legality of the decision of the Authority in relation to Stroydorservice LLC and Khabarovsk Dorsnab LLC.

Recall that in April 2022, the Antimonopoly Authority recognized the organizations as violating the Law on Protection of Competition*. The companies joined the cartel in order to support prices in tenders for the construction and maintenance of highways in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories.

The amount of contracts concluded as a result of illegal activities amounted to 9,143,151,806 rubles.

For the conclusion and implementation of a cartel agreement, a cumulative fine of 229,994,640 rubles** was imposed on organizations.
